Genesis Enterprise Center is a collaborative project of Genesis Development Corporation and Common Wealth Development. Genesis, a non-profit community development corporation serving South Madison, owns the GEC facility and operates the job-training program. Common Wealth, a non-profit community development corporation with extensive incubator development and operations expertise, is the project consultant and facility manager.
Common Wealth Development’s major areas of focus include:
- Housing
- Economic Development
- Community Development
- Youth-Business Mentoring Program
Common Wealth is proud to play a role in the development and success of this important project on Madison’s South Side.
